Kaizer Led Weaning: From Booking to Baby's First Bite
About the project
Kaizer Led Weaning helps parents introduce solids through the baby-led weaning method. We created a lively animated explainer featuring engaging feeding scenarios that also serves as a step-by-step registration guide for their class, making the process both informative and visually engaging.

The Big Turn
One of the trickiest shots in this project was making the baby’s high chair turn from a side view to a front view, all within a 2D animation setup. We had to manipulate each chair layer’s path, reshaping and skewing them frame by frame to mimic true 3D rotation, while keeping the baby seated naturally. It was only a few seconds on screen, but it took plenty of precision to make it feel effortless.
From Shape to Shape
We packed this video with seamless and creative transitions, incorporating dynamic shape morphs to match the fast-paced storytelling. This was our first time experimenting with so many morph-based transitions in one project, and we are thrilled with how smooth and energetic the final cut turned out.
